Nişanyan Hotel consists of several different types of units. The Main Building (Köşk) and Tower House (Kuleli Konak) each have five independent rooms and plenty of common space. The first has a spectacular view of the village. Reception and the Restaurant are located here. The second, situated next to our medieval tower, has a view of the valley and gardens. It has somewhat larger rooms, two of them with fireplace.

İlyastepe is the name of our upper property, full of hills, valleys, ravines, gardens, fields, ponds and semi-inaccessible nooks. Here we built a cluster of six Cottages, all with thick stone walls and fireplaces. We tried to make them as simple and as lovely as our imagination permitted. Our Swimming Pool is here in a secluded grove.

In addition, we have two Duplex Houses, and two more one which were added in 2023. Platform Bed House is in the village below the Main Building. It has two bedrooms, a functional kitchen and two fireplaces. Stone House has one huge bedroom and a kitchen out of your dreams. The new Terrace House, obviously, is proud of its very scenic terrace. The Hen House used to be our chicken coop before we turned into one of our most comfortable houses for our daughter Iris as she was preparing to welcome a daughter of her own, Alis. The latter three houses are in İlyastepe.
