Five rooms
The Main Building (Köşk) and the Tower House (Kuleli Konak) each have five independent rooms and plenty of common space. The Main Building has a spectacular view of the village, and reception and the restaurant are here. The Tower House stands next to our medieval tower and looks out over the valley and gardens. Its rooms are somewhat larger, two of them with a fireplace.
İlyastepe, our upper property, is full of hills, ravines, ponds and semi-inaccessible nooks. Here we built seven cottages with thick stone walls and fireplaces, and tried to make them as simple and as lovely as our imagination permitted. The pool is here too, in a secluded grove. İlyastepe means Mt. Elijah: on top of the hill used to be a Greek chapel dedicated to the Prophet Elijah, now a barely recognizable heap of stones.
Then there are four whole houses. The Platform Bed House, in the village below the Main Building, has two bedrooms, a kitchen and two fireplaces. The Stone House has one huge bedroom and a kitchen out of your dreams. The Terrace House, new in 2023, is obviously proud of its very scenic terrace. The Hen House, also new in 2023, was our chicken coop until we turned it into one of our most comfortable houses for our daughter Iris, as she was preparing to welcome a daughter of her own, Alis. The last three are in İlyastepe.

Use the laundry bag in your wardrobe. We usually return washed material within the day.

Turn right at Şirince village entrance, follow signs for 800 metres. The last segment is unpaved.
Various airline companies at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport operate shuttle service to Selçuk. We can pick you up at the airport if you wish.
The hotel is located on a steep hillside in a historic village. It is NOT well-equipped at all for guests with mobility issues. The street is unevenly paved in chipped stone. Avoid high heels and slippery shoes.
